VI Vibez Authentic Virgin Islands Cuisine was inspired by generations of Caribbean cooking and family traditions. Growing up surrounded by the vibrant flavors and culture of the Virgin Islands, I developed a deep love for authentic island cuisine.
My grandmother owned a bakery and restaurant in the Virgin Islands, and being around her kitchen inspired my passion for food at an early age. Today, VI Vibez continues that tradition by creating handcrafted Caribbean foods in small batches using fresh ingredients and authentic flavors.
VI Vibez is proudly a Certified Women Owned Business. For me, this represents hard work, growth, and staying committed to my vision. As a single mother, building this business hasn't been easy, but it's been worth it. I'm passionate about sharing Authentic Caribbean flavor while creating something meaningful for my family, my community, and the people I serve.
